Squat 60kg x 20reps
OHP 52.5kg
Row 65kg

Going high reps temporarily to paradoxically reduce the nagging pain on my abductors. In the meantime, going to foam roll, ice and work on abductor strength.

The coffee shop I go to was out of stock for El Borbollon, my favourite coffee bean so far. They replaced it with Musasa, which is the same variety - Bourbon beans. The flavour comes close, but it isn't as good as the El Borbollon. I guess it has to do for now.
